BillyCon V 2025 is almost here!

Our 5th Annual Convention for fans of Showbiz Pizza, Billy Bob and The Rock-afire Explosion is just around the corner.  Our convention gets bigger and bigger each year!  This year we will feature brand new Rock-afire Explosion official merchandise. Admission is free. VIP Passes will be available for purchase on Friday. 

Friday, July 11, 2025:

• 12:00 PM Door open
• 2:00 PM: Welcome Hour! Each Rock-afire band member will get their own formal introduction and song, and come down off of the stage for photos.
• 6:00 PM: Crazy Colander Head Night! Decorate and wear your colander with pride as we sing some great songs and revisit the history of the colander! We’re also partnering with Creative Engineering Inc. to give out some great prizes for the coolest colanders!
  • Group photo for Friday is at 7:30 PM!

Saturday, July 12, 2025:

• 9:00 AM-10:00 AM will be Saturday’s VIP-exclusive time slot. Purchasing the VIP package on Friday will allow you and your group access to the restaurant during this time, as well as Sunday’s time slot!
• 1:00 PM: Magic Hour! We’ll be exclusively listening to songs all themed around the word “Magic”! Maybe we’ll even try our hand at a magic trick, who knows?
• 4:00 PM: Trade Show! Bring your coolest collectibles to show off during this portion of the con. You don’t have to sell or trade anything; just have a good time browsing and showing off what you’ve got in your collection! Let’s assemble the greatest animatronic memorabilia collection in the world, right here at Billy Bob’s!
  • Please keep in mind that Billy Bob’s is not involved in, nor responsible for, any sales or trades outside of those done with Billy Bob’s or its official vendors directly.
• 5:00 PM: Con Photo Op! The Rock-afire show will be frozen and posed, and the band will all come out onto the floor, all for photos!
  • Group photo for Saturday is at 5:15 PM!
• 5:30 PM: Beatles Hour! The Rock-afire has covered lots of Beatles tracks; let’s play them all in one go!
• 7:00 PM: Trivia Hour! Test your Rock-afire knowledge as the band asks trivia questions for you to answer. We’ll also have our own questions to ask, and those who are selected and answer correctly will receive a prize!

Sunday, July 13, 2025:

• 11:00 AM-12:00 PM will be Sunday’s VIP-exclusive time slot. Purchasing the VIP package on Friday or Saturday will allow you and your group access to the restaurant during this time!
• 2:00 PM: Costume Contest! Dress your best in your most creative Rock-afire/animatronic costumes. We’re also partnering with Creative Engineering Inc. to give out some great prizes for the coolest costumes!
  • Group photo for Sunday is at 3:00 PM! 
• 5:00 PM: Country Hour! Listen to the Rock-afire’s greatest country hits as the band members come out and have quick-draw duels! Who will be the winner?

Your $50.00 VIP package will include:

• Custom VIP lanyard and badge featuring the Billy Bob’s Wonderland logo, serving as both a keepsake and your access pass!
• Billy Bob’s Swag Bag, an exclusive Billy Bob’s merchandise bundle!
• Early access to Billy Bob’s on Saturday (7/12) from 9:00 AM-10:00 AM, and Sunday (7/13) from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM for exclusive showtime & games! (Depending on date of purchase. Kitchen opens at regular time.)
• Discounted show request price of $2.00!
• Exclusive VIP lounge with comfortable seating, mobile phone charging stations, snacks, and a display of historic Rock-afire memorabilia!
• “Stage ticket” which, when redeemed, will allow you to get on stage for up-close photos with the band! On your way up, you’ll pass through the computer room, giving you some insight into how the show works. (Can only be redeemed during certain times between shows. 6 person maximum at a time.)

Got a favorite Rock-afire song you want to hear? The band, led by Rolfe’s harsh negotiations, has agreed to take song requests for the convention!

• Each song request will cost $5.00.
• Those who have purchased the VIP package will get a discounted price of $2.00 for each song request.
• Requests must be picked directly from our pre-written list of songs only. This list will be available near the ordering counter for the entire convention weekend. Songs not present on this list are not permitted and will not be played.
• Requests are not permitted during major convention events (with some exceptions). The show hosts will announce when the request window opens and closes.
